Abby has moved 19 times... and counting. The process of home buying and selling has been a part of her life before she could even walk. She began to get serious about real estate while working part time for a local Real Estate developer at 21 years old. While finishing her Master's from Villanova, she worked with three start up management companies in Philadelphia and was a partner in a local Brokerage, which specialized in property management, leasing, and development in North Philadelphia. Abby joined 37 year Veteran and powerhouse, Art Herling, with Long & Foster in 2016 and her career has skyrocketed from there. Further specializing in land acquisition and new construction sales, Abby has become an expert helping investors, developers, buyers, and sellers throughout the Philadelphia greater region. Drew Dandrea

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Drew moved to the city of brotherly love in 2013 to study finance at Temple University. He started his first company at 20 that specialized in small cap stocks and currency trading. He began his real estate career in 2014 wholesaling homes in West Philadelphia for one of the city’s largest cash buyers of real estate. He then moved on renting off-campus apartments to his friends and classmates while working for a local leasing company in the Temple University area. In 2016, he made his move to residential sales and produced $3M in in his first 10 months, including the sale of the Pocono Sports Dome. Drew joined the AB Property Team at Long and Foster to learn the art of real estate development and to build his client base of new investors and developers in the Greater Philadelphia area. Whether its residential leasing and sales, land acquisition, or new construction, Drew has knowledge and experience to consistently provide a positive real estate experience to all his clients. When Drew’s not making everyone’s real estate dreams come true, you can find him at the gym as a well-known fitness enthusiast or at a local Starbucks reading the latest self-development or real estate book. Drew also volunteers over 100 hours of community service each year as a member of the International WeLoveU Foundation, working hands on to support the United Nation’s “Sustainable Development Goals” for the global community.


Bob Kiziroglou

As a native of Philadelphia and graduate of Temple University, Bobs' knowledge and passion is rooted in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. His 20 year professional tenure was focused in corporate finance working with a Fortune 15 company as an accomplished team leader with substantial experience and holding perspective from multiple facets of the business including operations, sales, information technology, vendor management, revenue assurance, and consulting. Bob's true passion lies in real estate. As he grew his personal portfolio, naturally, his progressive work experience and passion combined to create his own Real Estate company. Abby and Bob both joined 37 year veteran and #3 team in the state, Art Herlings' office in 2016. Bob changed careers after working in the corporate world for 17 years and Abby transitioned from property management and leasing which lead to kick starting their real estate sales careers.
